Start with a product you can identify and measure
A first Hipobuy order is easier to manage when you choose an item with clear options and a size you can check. HipoBuys.de is an independent guide. Its product links open a separate index at cnfanshp.com; browsing that index does not place an order, reserve stock or pay an agent.
Use the search box for a product type or model, then open a promising result and inspect the exact variant. Confirm that the title, pictures, size options and displayed price refer to the same item. If you cannot tell which option you would receive, resolve that question before continuing.
Save the product details before paying
Keep the product link, selected colour, size, quantity, seller information and the applicable size chart together. A screenshot without the selected variant can become difficult to interpret later. Product pages may change, so save the details relevant to your own order with a date.
For clothing, compare garment measurements with a similar item you already own. For footwear, distinguish foot length from insole and outsole measurements. The German size guide gives practical measurement instructions. A familiar size label by itself is not a fit guarantee.
Check the current order screen and payment total
Within your chosen purchasing workflow, review the actual item, quantity, domestic delivery charges and any selected services. Check the currency and the final amount displayed by the payment screen. Do not treat an index price as a quotation for the entire delivered order.
Read the current cancellation, return and service conditions that apply to the item. If an important term is unclear, ask before paying. Save the order reference and payment confirmation so that future questions can be attached to the correct transaction. The payment guide explains what to compare at this stage.
Separate seller delivery from international shipping
An item can pass through purchasing and domestic delivery before it reaches a warehouse. Warehouse arrival is another milestone; it does not mean an international parcel has already been dispatched. Read the status shown for the specific order and look for a requested action rather than assuming every delay has the same cause.
If you need help, provide the order number, current status, date of the last change and a concise description of the issue. Avoid creating several unrelated support threads for one problem. Keep the reply with your original records.
Review QC against your saved order
Begin with identity: model, colour, size label and quantity. Then inspect visible damage, stains, stitching, fasteners or other details relevant to the product. A photograph can show some visible features; it cannot certify comfort, durability or every hidden property.
Ask for a specific additional view or measurement if the available service allows it, and check its price before requesting it. “Please show the size label and measure the back length from this point” is more useful than an unspecified request for better quality. The QC photo guide provides a structured checklist.
Keep an unresolved item out of the international shipment while you investigate the available options. Check any applicable deadline in the account or support response. The German returns guide explains how to document a discrepancy without assuming a refund is guaranteed.
Build a parcel from approved items
List the articles ready to ship and their relevant transport characteristics. Check the recipient address, destination, weight and dimensions where required. Compare the lines actually available for that content, including the stated restrictions and included services.
Combining several items is not automatically cheaper. Compare the current total for one parcel with realistic separate-parcel alternatives. Packaging can change dimensions and the chargeable weight. The warehouse and consolidation guide explains the inputs you need before making that comparison.
Confirm the final charge and retain the parcel reference
Before paying for shipping, check the final content list, delivery address, selected line and total. Confirm that any coupon actually applies to the order. Save the last confirmed calculation rather than relying on an early estimate. If the amount changes, compare the underlying values and ask about any unexplained difference.
Keep the parcel reference and tracking number as separate fields when both are supplied. A parcel submitted for packing may not yet have been handed to a carrier. The German tracking guide explains this distinction, while tracking not updating covers how to assemble a useful follow-up request.
Your first-order record
Keep five things together: the selected product and size chart, payment and order references, QC evidence, the final parcel calculation, and tracking updates. After delivery, compare the actual fit and parcel outcome with your expectations. Those observations can guide a later order, but they do not establish a guaranteed result for another seller, product or route.
